Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling time, accessing our facility at 372 Richmond St W, Toronto, or contracting production services with grirmyn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not reserve studio blocks.

2. Studio Bookings & Rates

Our standard recording session rate is specified as €190 per 2-hour block (with Canadian currency equivalents invoiced based on agreed terms). Studio sessions begin and end at the reserved reservation time; arriving late does not extend the session conclusion time.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Because studio hours and engineering staff are allocated exclusively for your booking:

• Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to session start are accommodated without penalty subject to calendar availability.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled time may be subject to a 50% studio hold fee.

4. Equipment Care & Conduct

Clients and invited guests are expected to treat high-end studio microphones, optical equipment, and acoustic baffles with care. Any willful or negligent damage to studio property will be assessed for repair or replacement cost.

5. Content Ownership & Liability

The client retains 100% intellectual property ownership of all speech, visual recordings, and creative concepts produced during the session. grirmyn makes no claim to client copyright. Clients represent that recorded content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
